If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Play Pretty purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, an exchange will be issued for any merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase.

You will receive an e-mail once your order is placed and again when your package ships. Please retain this information until you have received your items. If your item arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact us within three (3) business days of receipt. Any returns must be unopened and in good conditon.
